Process / Working With Us
How We Work:
- Initial Consultation: Start by contacting us through our website form or via email to discuss your project details. Share your requirements, including the type of concrete product, measurements, colours, and your desired completion date.
- Site Visit (if necessary): If required, we can visit your home or project location to take measurements and discuss your vision in person.
- Quote: We provide a rough quote based on your information. You can either approve the quote or request adjustments.
- Approval and Deposit: Once you approve the quote, we’ll send an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your order.
- Final Measurements and Colour Confirmation: After receiving your deposit, we’ll confirm your colour choices and take final measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
- Production: With everything confirmed, our team will begin crafting your bespoke concrete product. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated via email or SMS.
- Delivery and Installation: Upon completion, we’ll arrange delivery and installation at your location, ensuring everything meets your expectations.
